POLICIES
To ensure availability for your wedding day, please return this form as soon as possible. Once this form and a non-refundable booking retainer fee of $300 are received, your date will be officially reserved.
My minimum requirement to book a wedding (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday) is 4 people total and a maximum of 6 people that I am able to do myself. If you have more than 6 people needing makeup services, I will need to bring an assistant with me in order to get all of you ladies finished in time efficiently. I charge an assistant fee depending on how many additional people will need their makeup done. A full invoice will be sent over email the week leading up to your wedding that is due to be paid with a card the day before your wedding day.
Day of the service, please come with a clean and hydrated face (absolutely no leftover makeup on). Inspiration pictures are always helpful to show us before the service is started. Estimated service time is about 40 minutes per person and an hour and 15 minutes for the bride.
All names that are listed on the contract to receive makeup services are expected on the day of. If there is someone that ends up changing their mind on getting their makeup done that is listed on the contract, I will need to be notified at least 5 months in advance in order for that person not to be charged for the service. The 4-person minimum still applies to this. If there is someone that would like to be added on for makeup services and it is over 6 people, I will need to be notified ASAP to ensure all services are finished in time.
I recommend scheduling a bridal trial with me before putting your retainer fee down to reserve your date to ensure we are both a great fit for each other.
Please keep in mind my team and I are receiving wedding bookings over one and a half years out. I HIGHLY recommend scheduling your bridal trial with us ASAP to ensure we are still available for your wedding day since things can move very quickly and we are unable to put your date on hold. Once I receive your retainer fee and signed contract, your wedding date will officially be reserved with me, and you will receive a confirmation email.
If you have already sent in your booking retainer and signed a contract to reserve your date, I recommend scheduling your bridal trial ONLY 3 months in advance of your wedding day. Any farther out is not recommended as you want your makeup trial scheduled the closer the better to your wedding date. This will be beneficial for you and me as details can change later on as it gets closer to your wedding, like your hairstyle, dress, wedding theme, etc. Please schedule your bridal trial appointment on my website at kylieryanbeauty.com. PRICING
Brides’ makeup is $300 (booking retainer goes towards bridal makeup on the day of). Bridal makeup includes skin prep, false lashes, and complementary body glow. Bridesmaids’, moms’, and others’ makeup is $165, which includes skin prep and false lashes. An invoice will be sent to you over email to pay the full amount with a card that is due one day prior to your wedding day. Cash gratuity is much appreciated for our artists.
Bridal Trials take place in our studio located in a medspa called Moxi. The address is 840 Norman Dr, Lebanon, PA 17042. We charge $200 for this. I will do a full consultation with you to go over exactly what you're looking for. This will be a great opportunity for me to take a good look at your skin and facial features to give you my expert experience of what I think will look amazing on you and give you the most flawless and long-lasting effect. I love meeting and getting to know every single one of my brides beforehand at their bridal trial appointment!
I offer trials as well for the gorgeous mamas out there for $165! I am happy to schedule this for the two of you to come in together. Mother of the Bride and Mother of Groom trials are perfect to have that special and memorable experience together. It’s totally normal for the moms to have those wedding day nerves. Moms are just as important and to ensure they feel their most comfortable and beautiful selves for the pictures that are going to last a lifetime!
TRAVEL FEES
Travel fee is additional and dependent on location. Customers are responsible for all parking fees that may be required at the location. Travel fee will be added to the invoice. If your getting-ready location is 2 hours or more, I require a hotel room the night before, close by to the location I will be arriving to the morning of makeup services.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you need to cancel your contract for any reason within 5 months of your wedding date your credit card listed below will be charged the minimum of $795. In the event I am unable to perform services due to any reason and no other assistants are available, the $300 booking deposit will be refunded to your account.
NO SHOW POLICY
Any person's name listed on the contract for makeup services that are unaccounted for on the day of will still be expected to pay for the service. For any reason, a person listed on the contract no longer wants to have their makeup done, I must be notified 5 months before the day of service in order to not be charged for the service. Please note you must still meet the minimum of 4 people total. If you would like to add more people, please let me know ASAP so I can plan accordingly.
LIABILITY
I take hygiene seriously. All makeup products and brushes are kept sanitary and cleaned. All products are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition or skin sensitivities must be reported prior to the application. The client agrees to release the artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
