Before You Book

I’m so excited to be part of your wedding day! To make sure everything runs smoothly, I do require a minimum of four services for travel and a day-of minimum of $895 (before travel). Depending on your timeline and the number of services, I may bring additional artists so everyone is finished beautifully and on schedule. I’ll set the start time and team size based on your needs, and it’s important that any ceremony time changes are communicated right away—no adjustments can be made within four weeks of your date. I work on a continuous schedule the morning of your wedding, and I’ll always provide quick touch-ups before leaving. If services are delayed for any reason, a small waiting fee applies so the schedule stays on track.

To secure your date, a $350 non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required. This retainer saves your date, keeps communication open throughout the planning process, and goes toward your bridal makeup on the wedding day. Your final invoice will arrive the week of your wedding, and the balance is due the day before by card. I understand things happen, so my cancellation policy is tiered based on how close we are to your wedding date. If I’m ever unable to attend due to illness or an emergency and no qualified artist is available to step in, your retainer will be fully refunded.

Trials are held at Moxi Medspa in Lebanon, PA, and are such a great opportunity to design your perfect look together. Payments for trials are due at the appointment, and rescheduling or cancellations within 48 hours have small fees. Please schedule your bridal trial appointment on my website at kylieryanbeauty.com. On the wedding day, I simply ask that your getting-ready space has good lighting, a table-height workspace, and at least one usable outlet. Everyone should arrive with a clean, hydrated face—and inspiration photos are always welcome!

Travel fees vary by location, and early-morning starts before 5:30 a.m. require a small early start fee. If your venue is two hours or more from Lebanon, a hotel stay the night before is needed to ensure prompt arrival. Please let me know about any allergies or sensitivities ahead of time so I can prep accordingly. By booking, you also give me permission to use photos from your day for my portfolio, which I always love sharing.

If you need to postpone, your retainer can be applied to a new date as long as I or someone on my team is available. And of course, if at any point the contract terms aren’t respected, I reserve the right to withdraw from services—though my goal is always to make your experience smooth, supportive, and stress-free.
