POLICIES

To ensure availability for your wedding day, please return this form as soon as possible. Once this form and a non-refundable booking fee of $100 is received, your date will be officially reserved.

My minimum requirement to book a wedding (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday) is 4 people total and a maximum of 6 people that I am able to do myself. If you have more than 6 people needing makeup services I will need to bring an assistant with me in order to get all of you ladies finished in time efficiently. I charge an assistant fee depending on how many additional people will like their makeup done. A full invoice will be sent over email the week leading up to your wedding that is due to be paid with card one day before your wedding date.

Day of the service, please come with a clean face (absolutely no left over makeup on) and a little bit of moisturizer.

PRICING

Brides makeup is $215 which includes skin prep & lash application. For Bridesmaids, moms, and others makeup is $165 which includes skin prep & lash application. I charge a small travel fee based on mileage. An invoice will be sent to you over email to pay the full amount with a card that is due one day before your wedding. Cash gratuity is much appreciated for our artists.

TRAVEL FEES

Travel fee is additional and dependent on location. Customer is responsible for all parking fees that may be required at the location. Travel fee will be added onto invoice. If your getting ready location is 2 hours or more I require a hotel room the night before close by to the location I will be arriving to morning of for makeup services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event you need to cancel your contract for any reason within 90 days of your wedding date your credit card listed below will be charged the minimum of $710. In the event I am unable to perform services due to any reason and no other assistants are available, $100 booking deposit will be refunded to your account.

NO SHOW POLICY

Any persons name listed on the contract for makeup services that are unaccounted for on the day of will still be expected to pay the service. For any reason a person listed on the contract no longer wants to have their makeup done. I must be notified 90 days before the day of service in order to not be charged for the service. Please note you must still meet the minimum of 4 people total. If you would like to add more poeple on please let me know ASAP so I can plan accordingly.

LIABILITY

I take hygiene seriously. All makeup products and brushes are kept sanitary. All products are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported prior to the application. Client agrees to release the artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
